Booking & Payment Policies
Booking Policies
To secure your date, a non-refundable $100 booking fee will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs and does not go towards services.
Payment Policies
Payments can be made through our online system via debit or credit card.
Your payments will be set on auto-pay and broken into two payments. Payment one will be 50% of your total and will be charged six months after your initial booking.**
Your final payment is due one week before your wedding date. This ensures that we can spend all of our time pampering you on wedding morning and not worrying about any of the details.
All payments made will be non-refundable.
**note: if your event is booked less than six months before your date, 50% of the total is due at the time of booking, with the following amount due one week before the event date.
Payment Plans
We totally understand the strain of paying for all of your wedding deposits at one time. For brides booking over six months in advance, we do offer payment plans! You are able to split your payments into three segments: two non-refundable deposits, and one final payment.

What is an assisting artist & when would I need one?
Our assisting artists are highly trained individuals who keep your wedding morning running SMOOTHLY. We consider them to be our “directors” of the getting ready process. They not only spend extra time with your bridesmaids prepping their hair for long-lasting results, but they also make sure everyone knows who is up next so the timeline never gets out of rhythm. Meaning you don’t have to stress and keep everyone organized!
An assisting artist can be brought on if you have a tight timeline for your day, as they take (literally) hours off of the getting ready process.
We typically suggest an assistant if you are booking more than 6 services, or if you have a very short time allotted for getting ready.
I don’t know how many bridesmaids will want services. What do I book?
Book our minimum! We require 6 services to come onsite, whether that is hair or makeup. Once services are booked, we cannot reduce the number of styles, however we can always discuss adding if that is necessary. So, book at least our minimum number and we will adjust from there.
